1. Complete self-determination of a person from world order to personal acts.
Usually at similar forums people are offered a "kaleidoscope" of performances of lecturers and experts acting on different topics without a single line. In "Giperboreya" an educational part is built in a complete linear structure:
a. Values - why we are such people, how to be better, what we should do to be better
b. Strategy - a choice of the way, together with whom, in what terms
c. Acts - personal actions of a man within the limits of the strategy (of the region, the country, the world), rested on base values of the people
1. A personal experience of each participant.
Usually at similar forums an educational part is built, in overwhelming degree, on experts and lecturers' experience, and participants act only in a role of listeners with a minimal personal involving. In "Giperboreya" lecturers and experts set a general direction, a topic or an approach, and then in small groups (20 people) they only co-ordinate participants who solve problems independently and reach the results by an active personal participation.
2. A personal experience of socialization in a society and in a "game" state.
In "Giperboreya" each participant "lives" his or her special social role during "7-day" role game. A personal experience is remembered much better, than another's and further is used by a person in a real life.
3. The ultimate goal of the project "Giperboreya" is the creation of the community of thinking young people conceiving in a state scale and acting according to the tendencies of the development of the world in a harmony with own valuable and moral personal possibilities.

The basic stages of a substantial part of the forum:
«NEW VALUES» are perspective sights and outlooks, which form vital priorities, set motivation and movement scenarios, which allow to answer many social and public questions.
«NEW STRATEGIES» are multidirectional development projects in a national scale and regions (territories), as a vector and a space of participants' actions.
«NEW ACTS» are personal vital trajectories and projects of participants, which allow to transform unique features of the world and personal qualities into concrete achievements and successes. An act is a consequence of determination to embody the dreams.
The results of the forum for each participant:
1. Understanding of base values of Russia, Scandinavia and the world with reference to personal values, aspirations, believes and reference points;
2. understanding of social and technological prospects of the development of Russia and the world;
3. estimation of a real and possible social status in a society;
4. formulation of personal plans: short-term (1 year) and strategic (10-15 years) ;
5. networking within the limits of the region, the country and the world;
6. working out, completion and estimation of own social, political and economical projects in a group;
7. ability to think in a state scale and to operate, proceeding from personal possibilities and qualities, understanding the prospects of the development of the world and the region.
